We are based in the United States, but we ship worldwide to most countries for free!
Generally, your order should arrive within 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery times can extend up to 3 weeks for certain countries.
If your jewelry has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@zafinnejewelry.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.
On rare occasions, delivery might exceed the standard shipping time mentioned previously. Such delays are often due to customs processes, which are beyond our control. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your parcel.
In the event that your parcel is lost, we offer two options: we can either ship a new item to you at no extra cost, or provide a full refund, as per your preference. For assistance, simply reach out to us at support@zafinnejewelry.com.
We pride ourselves on our swift order processing to ensure speedy delivery. You have the flexibility to modify your order as much as you wish before finalizing it with the 'complete order' button. Once the order is completed, changes might not be possible. Nonetheless, if you need to make any amendments, please email us promptly at support@zafinnejewelry.com, and we will check if adjustments are still feasible.
If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago, you can request a cancellation by emailing support@zafinnejewelry.com. We will promptly cancel your order and issue a full refund. However, please note that cancellations are not possible after 24 hours since our warehouse would have already processed your order by then.
We offer free shipping to most countries around the world. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to these countries:

Customs fees are not typically applicable in most situations. However, on rare occasions, you might incur handling fees and taxes as your order goes through customs. It's important to note that any charges on a parcel are the responsibility of the recipient, and this applies to both retail and wholesale customers. Zafinne Jewelry™ has no influence over these charges, and we are unable to predict the costs since customs policies and import duties can differ significantly from one country to another.
We aim to ship orders in their entirety. However, there are instances where your order may be divided into multiple packages due to our products being housed in different warehouse locations. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. There's no need to worry if all your items don't arrive simultaneously – rest assured, they will all reach you!
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience! While we ensure all orders are shipped with bubble bags and gift boxes for protection, if your item(s) unfortunately arrived damaged, please reach out to us at support@zafinnejewelry.com. We will promptly send you a replacement order at no additional cost.
If you wish to return your jewelry, kindly contact us at support@zafinnejewelry.com to organize the return. Our refund policy is valid for 14 days. Please inform us within this 14-day period after receiving your item if you decide to return it. We will then process a full refund, ensuring a worry-free shopping experience for you.
All our jewelry is shipped in custom black gift boxes. In some instances, multiple items may be packaged together in one black gift box, with each piece secured in its own clear zippered bag for safe and protected transit.
