Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Are the freshwater pearls genuine?
Absolutely. We use authentic freshwater pearls, hand-selected for their natural beauty and radiant luster. Each pearl is unique, adding a one-of-a-kind touch to your jewelry.
How is Zafinne Jewelry waterproof?

Every Zafinne order arrives in our signature branded box, along with a protective jewelry pouch for each piece. We also take pride in using eco-friendly packaging and recycled materials, making your unboxing experience both luxurious and sustainable.

How much does shipping cost?
All orders include free worldwide shipping with tracking — no hidden fees.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
No. At Zafinne Jewelry, we cover all duties and taxes for international orders. You’ll never be surprised by extra fees.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Delivery Time Estimates:

- United States: 5 - 15 business days
- Australia: 7 - 15 business days
- Canada: 7 - 14 business days
- Europe: 6 - 15 business days

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you can easily track its progress on our Order Tracking Page using your order number and email address.
You’ll also receive email updates along the way, reflecting each stage:
Ordered → In Process → Ready → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our team processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, which means we cannot always guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

I’m having trouble placing an order!
If you’re experiencing difficulties at checkout, here are a few quick steps that usually solve the issue:

- Ensure your card is enabled for international purchases
- Try an alternative payment method or contact your bank

My order is marked as delivered, but I can’t find it.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! While we work with trusted carriers, rare circumstances can sometimes occur.
If your order is marked as Delivered:
- Check the surrounding area of your shipping address (mailbox, porch, neighbors).
- Wait at least 3 business days, as packages may still be delivered shortly after being marked.
- If you still haven’t received your order, please contact your local carrier or reach out to us within 7 business days at support@zafinnejewelry.com and we’ll assist you every step of the way.
There is a missing or incorrect item in my order.
If you’ve received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package at support@zafinnejewelry.com.
Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A photo of the items you received
- A photo of your shipping label
This helps our team quickly investigate with our packing department and carrier partners to resolve the issue.
I haven’t received my order confirmation.
If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, it’s likely that there was a typo in the email address entered at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
At Zafinne Jewelry, we want you to love your pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Please note:
- Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I return a gift?
Gifts can be exchanged for store credit. If you are eligible after reviewing our policy, please contact us at support@zafinnejewelry.com with the following information:
- Customer’s email address
- Order number
- The item(s) you would like to exchange
Our team will assist you step by step to make the exchange process seamless.
How much is the return shipping fee?
While we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, Zafinne Jewelry does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Customers are responsible for:
- The return shipping fee (varies by courier)
- Providing a tracking number as proof of return
You may use the courier service of your choice (local post office, DHL, FedEx, etc.) to return your package. We recommend choosing a service with tracking to ensure safe delivery back to us.
WARRANTIES
What does the Lifetime Color Warranty cover?
At Zafinne Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our Lifetime Color Warranty ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing your jewelry is made to last.
If you ever experience a significant gold or silver color issue, you may submit a warranty claim at any time. Once approved, you’ll be eligible for either a replacement or store credit (calculated according to the original purchase price or promotional discount applied).
Your item must be purchased directly from zafinnejewelry.com to qualify. Mystery products and free gifts are not covered. Zafinne Jewelry reserves the right to review and deny claims that do not meet eligibility.
Coverage includes:
- Significant gold or silver color fading/issues
Does not include:
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Pearl discoloration
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or damage
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage
How to submit a claim:
If you believe your piece qualifies, please email support@zafinnejewelry.com with the following details:
- Your current shipping address
- Your order number
- The item affected
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
Our team will carefully review your request and guide you through the next steps.
What does the broken/faulty item warranty cover?
If you receive a faulty item, or if your jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect, you are covered under our Broken/Faulty Item Warranty. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to submit a claim.
Once approved, you’ll be eligible for either a replacement or store credit (gifted jewelry is only eligible for store credit, calculated based on the original purchase price or applied promotional discount).
Your item must be purchased directly from zafinnejewelry.com to qualify. Mystery products and free gifts are not covered. Zafinne Jewelry reserves the right to review and deny claims that do not meet eligibility.

- Manufacturing defects
Does not include:
- Lost or stolen jewelry
